Thanksgiving 2010

Last week, Mr. Price and I were table hosts at the Rescue Mission's Thanksgiving Feast. We helped serve a delicious meal to 20 people. After the feast we joined Dave and Cheryl, friends from church and Mr. Price's fellow bandmates, for their family Thanksgiving. Of course we had already eaten, but we enjoyed the fellowship. They even gathered around to play some music in the middle of their living room. Good Stuff. I don't have pictures, unfortunately.

Even though we had a delicious meal at the Mission, I wanted to make a few of my favorite Thanksgiving dishes. On Saturday we made cornbread dressing with sausage and apples, green bean casserole and a baked ham (because we couldn't find a turkey breast!). Thanksgiving just isn't the same without the leftovers. Plus I wanted to bring out my china!
